- ¼ red cabbage, finely shredded
- ½ red onion, finely shredded
- 2 carrots, finely shredded.
- 2 Tbsp dill, chopped
- 2 Tbsp parsley leaves, chopped
Dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- pinch of chilli powder (to taste)
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil

METHOD
- Combine shredded red cabbage, red onion and carrot in a serving bowl.
- Add dill and parsley, combine all ingredients well.
- Whisk dressing ingredients thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
- Add mixed dressing and gently toss the salad until well coated.
