Chilli dipping sauce
A perfect companion for your chicken breast pops.
Tempura Breast Chicken Pops
- 4 long red chillies, seeded, roughly chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- ¾ cup caster sugar
- ½ cup fish sauce
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup lime juice
- Place chillies and garlic in a small food processor. Process until finely chopped. Transfer to a small saucepan with remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and simmer for 5 minutes, until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
