Turkey Thai Patties

- 500g Steggles Turkey Shortcuts Mince
- 2 tblsp Pad Thai paste
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tblsp brown sugar
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until combined.
- Shape heaped tablespoonfuls of turkey mixture into patties, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Heat a large, lightly greased fry pan over medium heat. Cook turkey balls in batches for about 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
