Turkey Thai Patties

Ingredients:

  • 500g Steggles Turkey Shortcuts Mince
  • 2 tblsp Pad Thai paste
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tblsp brown sugar

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until combined.
  2. Shape heaped tablespoonfuls of turkey mixture into patties, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat a large, lightly greased fry pan over medium heat. Cook turkey balls in batches for about 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
