Green Beans with Pomegranate

Cooking: 5 minutes
- 500g green beans topped and tailed
- ½ pomegranate seeds only
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Olive oil
- Steam beans for five minutes or until al dente. You want them to still have crunch.
- Place onto serving plate, squeeze juice, drizzle with oil and season well.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top.
