Green Beans with Pomegranate

Prep: 5 minutes

Cooking: 5 minutes


  • 500g green beans topped and tailed
  • ½ pomegranate seeds only
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Olive oil


  1. Steam beans for five minutes or until al dente. You want them to still have crunch.
  2. Place onto serving plate, squeeze juice, drizzle with oil and season well.
  3. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top.
