Fig and sage stuffing

Prep: 15 minutes

Cooking: 8 minutes


  • Medium size Steggles Turkey
  • 2Tblsp olive oil
  • 2 small onions chopped
  • 3 cups fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 4tsp chopped sage
  • 2Tblsp chopped rosemary
  • 4Tblsp toasted pine nuts


  1. Heat oil in a small pan and cook the onion until golden.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
