BBQ Corn with Coriander Butter and Almonds

Cooking: 20 minutes
- 3 corn cobs, shucked
- 3 teaspoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted lightly
- A small handful of chopped coriander
- Place corn on the BBQ and cook for 20 - 25 minutes turning occasionally. When it’s cooked, chop each piece into four and place into a bowl.
- Add the coriander to melted butter, add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Pour over corn, and then sprinkle toasted almonds over the top.
