BBQ Corn with Coriander Butter and Almonds

Prep: 5 minutes

Cooking: 20 minutes


  • 3 corn cobs, shucked
  • 3 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted lightly
  • A small handful of chopped coriander


  1. Place corn on the BBQ and cook for 20 - 25 minutes turning occasionally. When it’s cooked, chop each piece into four and place into a bowl.
  2. Add the coriander to melted butter, add salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Pour over corn, and then sprinkle toasted almonds over the top.
