Festive Fresh Turkey Leg Roast
Turkey leg roast seasoned with a festive sprinkle
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Fan Forced (200°C. Conventional)
- Remove bird from bag and place on lined baking tray and cover with foil.
- Cook for 30 minutes per 500g.
- Remove foil, and cook for a further 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C
