Defrosting Guide
- Thaw in refrigerator for at least 36 hours or until fully thawed. Keep refrigerated and cook within 36 hours. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
Cooking Instructions
From Thawed
- Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
- Leaving roast in netted casing, place onto baking tray and into preheated oven.
- Cook for 2 hours 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 -15 minutes before removing roast from netted casing.
- Carve and serve.
From Frozen
- Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
- Leaving roast in netted casing, place onto baking tray and into preheated oven.
- Cook for 2 hour 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 -15 minutes before removing roast from netted casing.
- Carve and serve.
