Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Fan Forced (200°C. Conventional)
  2. Remove bird from bag and place on lined baking tray and cover with foil.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes per 500g.
  4. Remove foil, and cook for a further 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C

Storage: Keep Refrigerated. Store at or below 4°C.
