Defrosting Guide

  • Thaw in refrigerator for at least 36 hours or until fully thawed. Keep refrigerated and cook within 36 hours. Do not re-freeze once thawed.

Cooking Instructions

From Thawed

  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
  2. Leaving roast in netted casing, place onto baking tray and into preheated oven.
  3. Cook for 2 hours 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 -15 minutes before removing roast from netted casing.
  5. Carve and serve.

From Frozen

  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
  2. Leaving roast in netted casing, place onto baking tray and into preheated oven.
  3. Cook for 2 hour 45 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 -15 minutes before removing roast from netted casing.
  5. Carve and serve.
