The Australian poultry industry produces a range of fresh, frozen and value added meat products from chickens, turkeys, ducks and game birds as well as other products such as feed and table eggs. 

The production of chicken and turkey meat accounts for approximately 65% of the Australian poultry industry and almost all poultry meat production is for domestic consumption.
