Cooking Instructions
Fan Forced
Oven Preheat oven to 180'C. Place fillets evenly onto an oven tray. Cook for 25 minutes, turn after 10 minutes.
Grill
Preheat grill on medium heat (180'C). Cook fillets for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Pan Fry
Heat a small amount of oil over a medium heat (180'C). Cook fillets for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
